The American University of Science & Technology, in conjunction with North-West University and SAS Institute is presenting an Executive Briefing on “Shaping the future of Analytics in Banking” on Monday 19 June 2017 from 09:00 until 13:00 at Auditorium, Bloc B, Floor 7.
The Keynote for this Briefing is by the SAS Thought-Leader, Prof. Riaan de Jongh, Director of the Centre for Business Mathematics and Informatics at North-West University in South Africa. Riaan has more than 40 years experience in analytics consulting, with a focus on the Banking Industry for the past 20 years. His address will provide guidelines on how companies could leapfrog into the new data world, ensuring successful projects and business value. Practical examples will be used to highlight ways of driving customer acquisition and sales, enhancing customer experience, reducing risk and driving cost efficiency.
The Executive Briefing is followed by detailed SAS Technical Workshops for the rest of the week (19-23 June 2017), on topics such as Data Management, Advanced Analytics, Data Mining and Credit Scoring.
