At SAS, she focuses on all things Natural Language Processing and Analytics Visualization. She has deep experience in both B2B and B2C marketing within the professional services, tech and financial services industries. Prior to joining SAS, she was a product marketing and digital brand strategy lead at a large financial services company, where she helped to launch the first natural language chatbot for a US bank. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and MBA from the University of Maryland.


Federica Citterio
Data Scientist, SAS Global Technology Practice

Federica is a Data Scientist at SAS, working across EMEA on the latest SAS technologies involving Artificial Intelligence. She is excited about combining business and data science to help companies make better decisions, grounded in trusted data and assisted by analytics. Federica holds a master’s degree in applied mathematics from University of Milan, majoring in Statistics, Probability and Numerical Analysis.

Heather is an Analytic Consulting Manager within SAS US Professional Services. For the past 9 years she has enjoyed tackling business problems involving unstructured data. She has discovered insights and built operational analytic solutions for hospitality, financial institutions, federal intelligence agencies, sports teams, retail, manufacturing and non-profits. 

Prior to joining SAS, she performed player analytics for Major League Baseball. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics with minors in Statistics and Art and Design and a master’s degree in Advanced Analytics from North Carolina State University.
