Blake Sheldon’s career in HR began as an HR strategy consultant. Later he worked within the SAS HR department learning applied workforce analytics. After receiving his MBA with a focus on decision analytics, he now consults with HR departments, helping them transform their role in the organization to become a strategic analytics partner.

Larry Hall is Practice Lead and Evangelist for the application of advanced analytics in HR at PKSI. He has spent a career in the technology industry as a user, developer and promoter of advanced technology solutions to help address companies’ key business challenges. Currently, Larry serves as the Practice Lead and HR Analytics Specialist at PKSI.
