What’s included in the registration fees?
We’re excited to announce that all conference meals will be included. You get admission to all conference events unless otherwise noted. And that’s not all. You get access to can’t-miss activities like the charity event, Kick Back Party and Get-Acquainted Reception.

Conference attendees may bring a guest 16 years or older (children are not permitted). Guests must be registered ($100 fee) and will be required to show a badge in order to attend the following conference activities: Opening Session, Sunday and Monday receptions and the Kick Back Party. Guests cannot attend the following: conference presentations, opening night dinner, networking lunches and the SAS Support and Demo Area.
To be eligible for the student fee, you must submit proof of your association with a degree-granting institution. Please scan and email us a copy of your valid student identification card. You can also fax a copy of your student ID card to 919-677-7844.
If we do not receive the proper documentation, your registration is subject to cancellation. We will contact you if there’s an issue with your documentation.
To cancel your registration, please notify us in writing by April 6 to receive a full refund. After that date, there will be a $100 processing fee for each cancellation. After April 20, the registration fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be honored for the pre-conference tutorials after April 6. Cancellation requests may be sent via email to the registrar, or follow the instructions on your confirmation letter to manage your cancellation. Please allow three to four working days for credit card refunds; allow up to three weeks for personal check refunds.
