About the webinar

In this series of regular sessions, we bring together members of the SAS® Customer Intelligence 360 user community to share experiences, skills and techniques. These sessions will help you maximize the potential of your current Customer Intelligence solution.

Each of the virtual events should last about 30–40 minutes and will include members of the customer community sharing real use cases, experiences and successes. There will also be regular features where experts on the SAS team will share tips and tricks on how to get the best from the CI 360 platform, and a topical session looking at the latest hot topics and a vision for marketing including features on the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 roadmap.
