In this series of regular sessions, we bring together members of the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 users community to share experiences, skills and techniques, and to help maximize the potential of your current customer intelligence solution.

Each of the virtual events is designed to last for about 60 minutes and will include members of the customer community sharing real use cases, experiences and successes with us. There will also be regular features where members of the SAS product and customer success teams will share tips and tricks on how to get the best from the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 platform. In addition, we’ll have a session looking at the latest hot topics and vision for marketing, including features on the SAS Customer Intelligence 360 roadmap.

For more than 20 years, David Benabib has worked mainly in consumer credit management for institutions such as GE Money and for leading retail chains such as Walmart, Soriana and Home Depot, and later for Liverpool and BanCoppel, with a focus on customer value through understanding their needs and behaviors as a driver of profitability. In the last two years, he has participated in the definition of Grupo Coppel’s customer-centricity strategy and currently leads customer relationship management (CRM) and personalization with the mission of increasing CLTV through a personalized and omnichannel experience for all customers of the store and the bank. Benabib is an engineer from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with management and marketing studies at institutions such as IPADE Business School at Universidad Panamericana, Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas AC, Esade in Barcelona and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Rob’s leadership and connection in digital intelligence and marketing has spanned over 25 years. Having held positions within Decision Management at Citigroup and MoneySuperMarket, he brings a wealth of experience across customer data platforms, personalization at scale and enterprise decisioning.
