David Benabib

For more than 20 years, David Benabib has worked mainly in consumer credit management for institutions such as GE Money and for leading retail chains such as Walmart, Soriana and Home Depot, and later for Liverpool and BanCoppel, with a focus on customer value through understanding their needs and behaviors as a driver of profitability. In the last two years, he has participated in the definition of Grupo Coppel’s customer-centricity strategy and currently leads customer relationship management (CRM) and personalization with the mission of increasing CLTV through a personalized and omnichannel experience for all customers of the store and the bank. Benabib is an engineer from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with management and marketing studies at institutions such as IPADE Business School at Universidad Panamericana, Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas AC, Esade in Barcelona and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
