Lucas Kelly

Senior Data Scientist, World Wildlife Fund

Lucas Kelly is a Senior Data Scientist at the World Wildlife Fund, where he analyzes big data and builds predictive models to drive strategic decisions for fundraising and marketing initiatives. He leverages his expertise in SAS programming, machine learning and artificial intelligence to help WWF achieve its conservation goals. Lucas is also a Data Science Instructor at Data Society, where he teaches courses on data visualization, machine learning and database management to diverse audiences, including government agencies and private companies. He also serves as a Contributing Writer for FanGraphs, where he applies his analytical skills to baseball, demonstrating his passion for data-driven insights across various domains.

In addition to his work in the data science field, Lucas is an avid environmental advocate, having founded outdoor science programs at both Lowell School and Voyagers' Community School. Lucas holds a master’s in teaching from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland.


Mike Turner

With over 30 years of experience in the marketing world, Mike Turner has worked across many different industry sectors leading mixed teams of creative and technical resources in marketing agencies, consultancy, and supply and demand-side commercial businesses.

Mike has led two startup marketing solution software organizations through their incubation and early development and supports two university digital marketing master's level courses in the UK.
