About the webinar

In this series of regular sessions, we want to bring together members of the Customer Intelligence user community to share experiences, skills & techniques, and to help you as customers maximize the potential of your current Customer Intelligence solution from SAS.

Each of the virtual events is designed to last for 60-90 minutes and will include members of the customer community sharing real use cases, experiences, and successes with us. Sam Padda

Senior Product Manager, SAS

Sam is a senior product manager for SAS Customer Intelligence 360, focusing on product strategy and user experience for channels and integrations. She collaborates across teams in sales, research and development, professional delivery services and customer success. Sam has 25 years of experience in web and software development, project management, stakeholder management, user experience and data management, and serves as the conduit between business and technical teams. Her experience spans industries including biopharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, education and banking.


Mike Turner

Principal Business Advisor, SAS

With over 30 years of experience in the marketing world Mike has worked across many different industry sectors leading mixed teams of creative and technical resources in marketing agencies, consultancy, and supply & demand side commercial businesses.

Mike has led two start up marketing solution software organisations through their incubation and early development and supports two university Digital Marketing MSc courses in the UK.
