Dheeraj is Insurance Industry Lead for SAS Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong. He has 14+ years of experience working in the Insurance Industry (both in-house and consulting). Through his previous consulting experience, he has worked with AXA, QBE, HSBC Life, Sun Life, FWD, Manulife, Liberty and Zurich Insurance across the APAC region.

Previously, Dheeraj has worked in the AIA Group office focusing on Data Analytics Initiatives, building Analytics Community of Practice and Analytics Centre of Excellence.

He has also got Fellowship from LOMA in Insurance (LOMA FLMI)


Kenneth Koh

Kenneth is an experienced management executive with more than 20 years of experience in marketing and distribution management, having worked for global insurance institutions, with focus on marketing/ business transformation and effectiveness in area of marketing and customer relationship management

With SAS, Kenneth has supported transformation activities of FSI clients to become more customer centric using hybrid of technology and business advisory work. Provided business advisory support to help customers develop their business strategies using data driven analytics in CRM, distribution management and operational efficiency. Participated in projects involving customer analytics, operational improvements, data management, campaign management and digital transformation.

Deep expertise in database marketing, customer analytics, customer experience design/management and business advisory and as an insurance SME, Kenneth has played a pivotal role in providing technology guidance to insurers on the end to end capabilities for IFRS 17 compliance.

Kenneth holds a post graduate degree (Master of Science) in Marketing & Consumer Insight from the Nanyang Technological University Business School of Singapore

Cindy Saw

Cindy Saw is currently the Head of Data Analytics and Tribe Lead of the Tech Platform and Infrastructure tribe in AIA Philippines, where she is the key driver of organization transformation in data, AI, and technology

Honed by over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Cindy spearheaded the building and transforming of AIA PH’s data platform to Cloud and established the processes and platforms for Data Governance and AI/ML, ultimately providing advanced analytics and data science services to propel AIA PH’s digital transformation—all within her first year in the organization.

On top of her full-time work, she is also a data scientist and part-time partner for LENA, a startup company, and an adjunct professor in Asian Institute of Management.

She earned her Executive MBA and MS in Data Science from the Asian Institute of Management and garnered her undergraduate degree from De La Salle University with a degree in Computer Science major in Computer Engineering.
