Insurance in a Post-COVID-19 World

About the webinar

COVID-19 is one of the biggest global events and challenges in our lifetime. Pervasive not just in its spread, but also in the impacts to how and where we work.

COVID-19 will force insurance companies, agents and brokers to re-think how they engage with customers and employees alike. What is traditional is being replaced by new habits and behaviors that will endure past the crisis. Through the various lenses, we see customer expectations anchoring on digital sales and servicing; agents and brokers selling virtually and servicing remotely; employees reskilling and adapting to digital ways of working; and leaders challenged to engage and motivate their workforces from afar. All while IT infrastructures are tested and pushed to the limits, highlighting the imperative for technology to keep pace with the demands in the ‘New Normal’.

In adversity, an opportunity arises to understand, re-assess, and position for the future. Join us in this webinar as we share our latest insights from listening to our clients’ concerns and our own research, as we explore the future of sales, the evolving workplace, and the possibilities with data gathered from the more digitalized world to thrive again in the post-COVID-19 world.
