Fireside Chat with Rolls-Royce

How Rolls-Royce democratized Data Analytics and AI

Available On-Demand

Manufacturing companies often need to deal with quality issues, scrap and rework in a timely manner to avoid cost and penalties. There are numerous hypotheses for root cause and insufficient time and resources to investigate them all. This results in long resolution time and often sub-optimal solutions. There is also a growing competitive need to reduce maintenance costs and downtime. Being able to predict when maintenance is required significantly improves cost, downtime and safety.

Empowering domain engineers with AI and Machine Learning can materially address many of these challenges while quickly and safely operationalize AI and accelerate data-driven decisioning. Manufacturers who operationalize and democratize AI capabilities stand to significantly increase revenue and profit performance and dominate their markets.

Join our fireside chat with Terence, Chief of Future Intelligence Technologies at Rolls-Royce on how they achieved significant multi-millions cost avoidance on their digital transformation journey through the development and use of their no-code engineer-friendly Smart Discovery AI Solution.

Key Highlights:

  • Demo of use cases such as reducing investigation turn-around time and time-to-decision through automated AI-based root cause analysis, hypothesis and insights generation
  • Use of advanced analytics without the need for coding or data science training to detect emerging trends faster and more accurately than traditional early-warning techniques
  • Challenges, watchouts and tips on navigating the digital transformation journey for manufacturers.
