Shaun Barry is a renowned expert in fraud and integrity, with a specific focus on government. Shaun has worked for and with federal, state, and local governments around the world for over twenty (20) years to foster innovative and efficient business processes through technology. He specializes in tax & revenue, healthcare, social benefits, and motor vehicle functions. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Policy degree from Duke University.


Stephane Goddé – Senior Manager, Fraud Customer Experience Practice, SAS

Stephane Goddé is a former Belgium law enforcement officer who served as Judicial Commissioner in the Federal Computer Crime unit and in the international Fraud and Corruption department within the Federal Police. At SAS, he leads the EMEA regional team of fraud experts, and is responsible for Fraud, Compliance and Security Customer Advisory in government, the telco and retail industry across the region. Together with his team, he helps clients to improve their fraud prevention and detection practices. Stephane is a certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Anti Money Laundry Specialist (CAMS).
