Ensley Tan has over 21 years of experience primarily in the government space with a focus in national security and international affairs. Ensley has also conducted hundreds of corporate investigations throughout Asia Pacific as a private sector fraud/due diligence consultant. He has worked with ground-level officials as well as ministers, senior agency leaders and C-suite executives on their problems and needs. He is passionate about using analytics to support data-driven decisions and thereby finding real solutions for serious problems.

Carl Hammersburg

Senior Manager, Global Civilian Government, Procurement and Health Care Fraud and Compliance, SAS

Carl Hammersburg has over 30 years of experience in fraud prevention and compliance and has worked with officials around the world on compliance and payment integrity in tax, health care and benefits programs, procurement and vendor compliance.

An expert on issues of fraud, identity theft, tax evasion and the underground economy, Hammersburg has testified before numerous task forces, commissions and elected officials on addressing those issues through data sharing, analytics and AI, and proper use of enforcement tools.

Before joining SAS in 2012, Hammersburg spent 20 years working in government compliance programs, including tax discovery, audit and collections, as well as managing claim fraud prevention and provider audit. He formed and led a division focused exclusively on fraud prevention and compliance, winning awards from multiple governors for leadership and exceptional results.

Hammersburg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and resides in Seattle, WA.

Keith Swanson

Director of Fraud, Financial Crimes and Security Intelligence for SAS Asia Pacific/Japan 

Keith Swanson is the Director of Fraud, Financial Crimes and Security Intelligence for SAS Asia Pacific/Japan. Keith’s varied experience working across North America and Asia for companies, consulting/advisory, and IT service providers across roles including IT, Operations, Administration, Marketing, Analytics, Management, and Project Management helps provide Keith with a unique perspective on a multitude of aspects inherent in driving business and IT change, value, and adoption.

Keith and colleagues work extensively with customers across industries, including financial services, government, and beyond, in developing strategies and applying solutions to combat financial crime, fraud, waste, and abuse, and security initiatives, including public security and intelligence, to address their business, IT, and regulatory challenges. Keith has presented to a variety of industry bodies and organizations, including Executive Briefings, Industry Associations, Industry conferences, and leading consultancies.

Prior to joining SAS in 2010, Keith held a number of senior positions with a longstanding SAS customer in the financial services sector in the USA. He also spent time in management, business process, and analytics consulting with leading organizations, including IBM Global Business Services, where he worked with clients to identify and deliver business value in financial and customer intelligence, advanced customer insight, business analytics strategy, and advanced analytics and optimization across a variety of industries. Key to his experience is understanding how individual and group behavioral insights can be used to address a variety of business opportunities and challenges, being able to discuss and translate across IT, business, and project groups.

Radha Krishna B

Mr. Radha Krishna has more than 20 years of experience in Banking, Insurance and Government advising in Risk and Fraud management solutions. As a banker he handled various functions covering sales, operations, operational excellence and fraud investigation in a leading private sector bank. His client engagement experience areas include Risk management (credit, market, operational risk management solutions) and Fraud Management solutions. Currently Radha Krishna manages Risk, Fraud Management, Platform and Industry Practices at SAS.
