Currently, he leads regional efforts in Cloud Strategy, AI Adoption, and Modernization, helping insurers navigate complex replacement and growth strategies. Throughout his career, Vasudevan has been instrumental in setting enterprise technology visions and leading innovation initiatives that bridge the gap between technical capability and business outcomes.

During his tenure at SAS, he built a strong Analytics and Accounting business in Southeast Asia, securing over 25 major banking and insurance customers across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. His prior experience includes delivering turnkey solutions for channel growth, sales, customer service lifecycle, campaign management, trade & treasury operations, and financial reporting and compliance.

Erick T. Pineda is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Malayan Insurance Company, Inc. With over 25 years of experience, he brings expertise in financial management and reporting, strategic and corporate planning, internal and external audit, treasury, controllership, investment management, collections, tax planning, internal controls and project management across various industries. Prior to Malayan, he worked as the Shared Services Director of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Business Service Center from 2013 to 2014. In GSK, he managed the migration of finance processes of GSK Asia Pacific countries in its business service center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Earlier, he served as Senior Director of SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV) from 2008 to 2013. In SGV, he handled various internal and external audit accounts and consultancy projects in various industries such as oil and gas, real estate, banking, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and business process outsourcing. He also worked as Senior Accountant with Globe Telecom in early years of his career from 2001 to 2005.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Controls Self Assessor. He has also as certification on Customer Experience. Eriberto III M. Bato is a highly accomplished IT Leader specializing in Accounting & Financial Compliance and Reporting Systems, with over 25 years of experience in data management, analytics, and business intelligence. He has a proven track record in leading the implementation of complex SAS solutions, with a deep focus on regulatory reporting and financial compliance.

Currently, Eriberto provides technical leadership and oversees the operational support for the SAS IFRS 17 Solution for major entities across Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Indonesia. In addition to his expertise in SAS, he manages the Accounting and Purchasing system (ACP) for Oracle EBS modules, ensuring seamless integration between core financial operations and reporting. He has been instrumental in driving the technical implementation of Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) ITSR projects, leveraging automated API submissions to ensure accurate and timely regulatory submissions.

Throughout his career, Eriberto has been a strong advocate for operational efficiency, successfully driving significant cost-saving initiatives by optimizing system architectures and automating manual reporting processes. He has delivered critical IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 projects for top-tier banks and insurance providers across the ASEAN region, covering General, Life, and both Family and General Takaful insurance models.

Eriberto is recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business outcomes. Beyond his technical expertise in SAS Viya, Risk Stratum, and Oracle EBS, he is a dedicated mentor who has trained and coached numerous teams to adopt industry best practices in data integration and automated reporting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Philippine Christian University.
