With SAS, Kenneth has supported transformation activities of FSI clients to become more customer centric using hybrid of technology and business advisory work. Provided business advisory support to help customers develop their business strategies using data driven analytics in CRM, distribution management and operational efficiency. Participated in projects involving customer analytics, operational improvements, data management, campaign management and digital transformation.

Deep expertise in database marketing, customer analytics, customer experience design/management and business advisory and as an insurance SME, Kenneth has played a pivotal role in providing technology guidance to insurers on the end to end capabilities for IFRS 17 compliance.

He has cross domain expertise in actuarial, accounting, technology as well as financial markets knowledge. He is a member of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, as well as a Chartered accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

At SAS he is a trusted advisor to the project implementation teams and synergizes the effort across workstreams for successful implementation. He also regularly conducts workshops on IFRS 17 for clients, partners and consultants.

Head of Reserving and Capital, Sompo Holdings (Asia)

See Ju is the Asia Regional Head of Reserving and Capital at Sompo Holdings (Asia). Her main responsibilities include the overall supervision of reserving function and IFRS 17 implementation for nine markets in the Asia region. See Ju holds the role of Appointed Signing Actuary for Sompo Hong Kong, Sompo Thailand and AYA Sompo Myanmar. See Ju also provides support in business planning, reinsurance optimisation and enterprise risk management.

See Ju holds a PhD in Statistics from Swansea University UK. See Ju is also a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries UK, Singapore Actuarial Society, Society of Actuaries of Thailand and Actuarial Society of Malaysia.

See Ju is an active volunteer for the actuarial profession in Singapore and internationally. She is a Council Member and the Chair of the International Committee of the Singapore Actuarial Society since 2016. From Jan 2021 See Ju became the Vice Chair of the Asia Task Force of the International Actuarial Association.
