I have developed my career at a Tier-one operator, assuming all kind of technical roles, from Mobile Services Development, to Services Architecture Design, New Network Nodes Design and Deployment, Vendors Selection Processes Coordination, as well as Capacity Management for Mobile and Fixed Broadband Networks.

As Network Strategy Manager I’ve applied Complex Systems methodologies to the development of networks models, both for Mobile and Fixed networks, to explain their behavior and evolution in response to customers’ usage profile and geographical distribution. I have also worked in the development of investment models for telco networks, as well as the information basis for all the above.

The ultimate objective is to define What Network we will have to Deploy, what Performance we will obtain from it, with which Geographical Footprint and for which Customers, and How Much it will Cost.
