About this paper

The banking industry has had to adapt very quickly amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. There has been a pressing need to expedite operational elements such as the need to find new ways to serve customers, revenue and product innovation, credit risk protection, and managing liquidity to remain afloat and be competitive.

This was the central theme of discussion when 60 attendees met virtually at the SAS Beyond Tomorrow event for CEMEA where the focus was on how banks can achieve and improve customer-centricity in a fast-moving environment.
