  • Advertising Contact Events: Automatically generate contact events in the UDM ADVERTISING_CONTACT table.
  • SSO Authentication: Simplify connector setup with single sign-on for enhanced security.
  • Task Insights: Monitor audience match rates via the Task Monitor for better targeting performance.

Note:
  • SAS Customer Intelligence 360 is managing the audiences. Campaigns are still managed in the LinkedIn Ads.
  • Please consider the following data-matching guidelines:
    • Prioritize matching based on email address for best results.
    • When using a first name for matching, include the last name as well.
    • Avoid selecting additional data fields when matching by email address
  • LinkedIn audiences do not expire automatically and must be managed manually.
  • Users must log in to LinkedIn via SAS Customer Intelligence 360 UI at least once a year, as refresh tokens are valid for only 12 months.

  • Snapchat Ads enable you to set the duration for audience membership.
