At both firms, she has led client strategies and market analysis in data governance, business intelligence, master data management, CRM and big data.

Radhika Kulkarni, PhD, oversees software development in many analytical areas at SAS, including statistics, operations research, econometrics, text analytics, forecasting and data mining. In addition to supporting the core analytical tools from SAS, her team provides algorithms for analytical solutions in diverse application areas, including finance, retail, marketing, hospitality and supply chain. Her division is also responsible for the Advanced Analytics and Optimization Services team.

His global division provides strategic direction to the Customer Loyalty, Education and Training, Professional Services, Publications, and Technical Support organizations and is dedicated to achieving one objective: customer satisfaction through a seamless support experience.

Pierre Philippe Mathieu

Earth Observation Scientist, Applications & Future Technologies Department, European Space Agency

Pierre Philippe Mathieu is an Earth observation applications engineer in the Earth Observation Science and Applications Department of the European Space Agency. He spent 15 years working in the field of environmental modeling, weather risk management and remote sensing. He has a degree in mechanical engineering and MSc from University of Liege, a PhD in oceanography from the University of Louvain, and a management degree from the University of Reading Business School.

Bob Messier

Senior Director, Global Technologies, SAS

Bob Messier joined SAS in 1997. He has worked in various roles within SAS including Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Product Management.
In his current role leading the Global Technologies organization, Bob is responsible for developing programs that help educate and enable Customers and Partners on the deployment of analytics. His team also manages programs that drive best practices in the adoption of SAS technologies spanning, analytics, visualization, data management, and marketing solutions.
He has worked extensively with customers in the deployment and architecting of analytical solutions. He and his teams have developed best practices that drive alignment of Business and IT in an effort to govern the analytic discovery process. He has also helped organizations evaluate their analytic readiness and maturity related to the adoption of analytics.
Bob holds both a MBA in International Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Accounting from Providence College.

Jer Thorp is an artist and educator from Vancouver, Canada, currently living in New York. Coming from a background in genetics, his digital art practice explores the many-folded boundaries between science, data, art, and culture. Jer is an adjunct Professor in New York University’s ITP program, and a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Design Innovation.
From 2010- 2012, Jer was the Data Artist in Residence at The New York Times.
