We are thrilled you are joining us in Las Vegas on April 16-19 at SAS Innovate and happy most of you are joining us for both the Cirque de Soleil show and the Dinner at Toca Madera.
We can also help facilitate one-to-one meetings with SAS experts or SAS leaders if you haven't arranged this already. Just let us know!
PRACTICAL INFORMATION & TIPS
- ESTA Visa: Remember to apply early and get your travel authorization. You can apply here: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta.
- The rooms in the US are usually cold, with airconditioned rooms/venues. That also applies to restaurants, so bring a jacket, sweater, or scarf to the events indoors.
- We recommend good walking shoes. The distances are longer than we think, and also the conference will be indoors.
- Join the joint group for Nordic and UKI in the Signal app - for fast Messaging and Communication. Learn more below.
- Need transportation? Both Uber and Lyft are considered better and cheaper than taxis. However, if you're traveling during busy hours, fixed pricing with a cab might be the most affordable option, and there are 16 different companies to choose from.
- Are you interested in a concert, musical, show, or Standup? Here are a few links to the overview: Vegas.com, Las Vegas Entertainment Guide, Las Vegas Theather - or Google search.
- Or do you prefer to shop? You can find various products and prices, but if you are looking for a better deal, the Outlets are the best place to look (even with a strong $). Not far from the ARIA Hotel, you find the Las Vegas North Premium Outlet (8,4 km/12 min by car) or Las Vegas South Premium Outlet (6,7 km/11 min by car).
- A walk on the Strip is never wrong, and make sure you don't miss the free tourist attraction—the Bellagio Fountain. It consists of a musical fountain show performed in an artificial lake in front of the resort starting at 3 PM. See the scheduled times. Google Maps from ARIA to the Bellagio.

Toca Madera is a highly acclaimed upscale Mexican-inspired steakhouse known for its menu featuring bold flavors and high-quality, sustainable, and organic ingredients.
