Exploratory Factor Analysis Reviews

Exploratory Factor Analysis with SAS takes the reader through all of the steps needed to conduct an exploratory factor analysis. The authors use simple language that is easy to understand, even for readers who are not very familiar with the statistics discussed. It felt as if the authors were writing to me personally and giving me the inside scoop about what I needed to know at each step. They discussed key points that were helpful to me as a practical researcher, points that are not always available in other books. The layout of the book made it easy to read, as did the many tables, figures, and examples. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in how to apply exploratory factor analysis in a practical and technically correct manner.

Exploratory Factor Analysis with SAS offers a rich, new perspective on exploratory factor analysis (EFA) using SAS. The authors have made a valuable contribution to the community of researchers who seek a thorough and comprehensive presentation on the use of EFA in applied research. Conversational language combined with detailed, illustrative examples ensures that the book will serve as an indispensable resource to practitioners, researchers, and students alike. It is certainly an important book to support the critical and informed use of EFA and one that can be used as a standalone or supplementary text for graduate courses.
