Morgan C. Wang, Ph.D., is a professor of statistics and director of the data mining program at the University of Central Florida. He is an elected member of the International Statistical Institute and was the winner of the Data Visualization Contest at SUGI 25 (2000), the first-prize winner of the KDD Data Mining Competition (2004), and the Best Paper Award Winner of the International Multi Conference on Engineering and Technological Innovation (2008). In addition to meta-analysis, he is interested in researching data mining and competing analytics with a focus on discovering knowledge from large-corporation data warehouses. Dr. Wang has over two decades of experience working with SAS and has taught many statistical courses such as statistical data processing, data preparation, health informatics, and data mining using SAS.
