Frank Andrews

Frank M. Andrews

At the time of his death in 1992, Frank was a Research Scientist at the Institute for Social Research, Professor of Psychology, and Professor of Population Planning and International Health, at the University of Michigan. He received the University's Distinguished Research Scientist Award in 1990.
