As a Customer experience advisor, I'm on a mission to make every citizen a happy customer. No more spamming, impersonalized offers and frustrating customer dialogues. Today customer experience needs to be personalized, zero effort, friction-less, pro-active and about the customer. 

During my mission I help marketing, sales and service departments to explore how they can revolutionize their marketing processes in order to go to that customer experience of the future. Using inspiring presentations and practical examples I want to show what proactive customer experience could look like.
