SAS ranked No. 6 among Best Multinational Workplaces in Europe

Honored for empowering leadership, meaningful work and a commitment to work/life balance, SAS once again lands on the list of Best Multinational Workplaces in Europe, issued by the Great Place to Work Institute.

"SAS has been on the European list since 2002. In recent years, SAS has held a spot in the Top 10. The overall result is based on the fantastic employee satisfaction scores, as well as the in-depth assessment of the talent management strategy. This ranking also represents the success of SAS’ employee-oriented culture based on trust, camaraderie and pride. Such recognition increases SAS visibility in the European market both as a software provider and an employer of choice, which will allow us to continue attracting the best talent,” said Gunter Cools, SAS Human Resources Director for the South West Europe Region.

The annual ranking is the most comprehensive study of organizational culture in the world and identifies the 100 Best Workplaces in Europe. Companies featured on this list must appear on three or more Best Workplaces in Europe lists.  This year, SAS Belgium, SAS Germany, SAS Italy, SAS Netherlands, SAS Portugal and SAS Spain earned top spots as best workplaces which contributed directly to the overall European ranking of Best Workplaces.

SAS is recognized worldwide for its commitment to maintaining an outstanding company culture. SAS attracts – and retains – the best talent in the industry by pairing challenging work with employee-friendly benefits. Contributing to the company’s low turnover rate is the wide range of programs that reduce stress and distraction, so employees can focus on their work. This award recognizes companies who emphasize credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
