Matthieu Joosten
Industry Leader for Telecoms in Europe

After finishing his PhD in Communications Sciences at City University London, Mathieu worked as a strategy consultant, wholesale director and later IT director at a European telecoms operator. Before joining SAS in January 2014, he advised operators in the US, Middle East and Europe on their B2B, wholesale and digital strategies.

He now has responsibility for the telecoms market in Europe for SAS. His focus is across both sales and marketing and operations, and his specialties include marketing and sales in wholesale fixed and mobile, data management, analytics, campaign management, contract negotiations, sales funnel management, project management office, business process management, IT-Business Process Outsourcing, change management, managing reorganisations, strategy and innovation management.
