SAS is once again awarded among the top 5 companies to work for

Top Employers Institute's ranking puts the company in the global ranking for the seventh consecutive year

SAS Brazil has been included once again in the global Top Employers Institute ranking, which lists companies ranked as the best employers. Every year, certification recognizes HR policies that stand out globally in companies that meet a high standard of working conditions, organizational environment, and benefit program that foster professional development and contribute to increased productivity.

SAS is known in the technology sector for having a differentiated HR policy, focused on the well-being of its employees, which ends up generating positive results for the company. "When we invest in people and give them a real sense of belonging, this results in an organizational environment that directly impacts company numbers," explains SAS Brazil and South Cone senior manager, Human Resources, Tato Athanase.

The executive also cites another benefit from Top Employers certification. "It's a recognition that shows us that we are on the right track, making SAS a model for other companies in HR policy," says Athanase.

To the company’s president in Brazil, Cássio Pantaleoni, certification strengthens SAS as one of the most wanted companies to work with. "The good environment we have in our offices is nothing more than the confirmation of how important it is to invest continuously in the appreciation of our team."

Every year, SAS conducts internal research among its employees to identify where improvements are to be made to its Human Resources policy. The recognition of Top Employers is seen as a motivating factor for putting change suggestions into practice.
