Great Place to Work woman leadership award honors female executive from analytics firm SAS
On the eve of the 107th International Women’s Day, SAS’ Oita Coleman was honored with a Great Place to Work® For All™ Leadership Award. As Vice President of Research and Development, Coleman plays a critical role in driving SAS’ strategic growth and business goals. She has created a high-trust culture within her department that resonates throughout the company.

Coleman has led the SAS quality testing organization for many years to ever-increasing standards of achievement and this commitment to excellence helped make 2017 SAS’ most productive year in terms of product delivery. As a testament to her belief in the value of cultivating future talent, Coleman participates in many student recruitment and mentorship programs at the high school and collegiate level as well as actively serving on the North Carolina Central University Board of Trustees.
