Jonas Kritz
Management Consultant, Aledri and 24 seconds

Jonas Kritz has extensive experience in training and coaching experts and advisors in areas like business understanding, building trust, personal communication, and leadership, and creating business value through mutual understanding with internal/external clients. Jonas strongly believes that better results are achieved through evolved behaviors, from understanding and practice. Jonas has a background with companies including IBM, WM-data, and Sun Microsystems, where he worked with Business Management, Sales and Customer Relations, and Leadership.


Dr Daniel Yar Hamidi
University of Borås

Daniel Yar Hamidi, Ph.D., is a researcher in innovation and governance. He is currently principal for several research projects at European universities. His interest in analytics is focused on data-driven innovation and value co-creation in service ecosystems. Daniel has been engaged in the training of boards of directors in private and public firms for 15 years. He was Chairman of the Swedish Institute of Directors in West Sweden and offered workshops with IoD in the UK. His sessions in the AVT program emphasize value co-creation and integration of analytics in decision-making in a corporate context. As an analyst himself, he knows business acumen, knowledge of corporate governance, and the fundamentals of value creation are imperative for any enterprise engaging in innovation.


Drew Smith
Vice President, International Institute for Analytics

Drew Smith is a VP at the International Institute for Analytics (IIA). He leads the IIA’s Analytics Leadership Consortium (ALC) – a closed network of analytics executives from diverse industries who meet to share and discuss best practices and analytics innovation. He has been leveraging insights for business performance for 20 years. Before joining IIA, he led the Data Analytics and Governance team at IKEA’s global headquarters in Europe.
