About the webinar

Join us whilst we talk through a specific use case around how computer vision can be utilized effectively to improve decisions and outcomes.

Medical imaging clinicians are facing complex challenges. The rise of imaging as an aid to diagnostics and treatment is creating a much greater volume of data. This is in both the radiology and the visible light imaging space and includes X ray, CT, MRI as well as hi res photographs and videos.

The sheer volume of images that must be evaluated is overwhelming and will only increase as the use of medical imaging technology becomes more widespread.

As imaging is used in more cases as a screening tool, with the additional requirement for double reads, along with the need for evaluating multiple tumors and the perception of small changes within them you can quickly see that clinicians need automation to help keep up with their demanding workload.

Join us for this educational webinar on how computer vision has been used to provide clinicians with vital information to improve decision making.

What you will learn:

  • What are the main areas that imaging is utilizing AI to improve outcomes?
  • How a large university medical center monitors tumor progression using computer vision.
  • The steps required to go from DICOM image to decision.
  • Recommendations for incorporating AI into a clinical decision support system.

Time:

The webinars are usually 30 minutes which include 5 minutes for Q&A
