Artificial Intelligence (AI) is on every organization´s agenda. Most have started with experimentations and we see new AI- powered services introduced at an increasing pace.
Beyond the hype, the question is how data-driven innovations can be developed and opeeationalized systematically through a structured, repeatable process. The ability to develop and operationalize AI at scale is becoming a key challenge. What steps are needed to move AI out of the lab and into business operations to realize the desired outcomes?
