SAS Taiwan recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2018

The only Taiwanese software company to receive the award

SAS Taiwan recently received the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2018" from the most authoritative human resources management publication, HR Asia. In Taiwan, total of 133 companies, including foreign and local companies, entered the final round and SAS Taiwan was the only software company to receive the award.

The evaluation was conducted by HR Asia from anonymous employee survey of 20 to 50 employees of a company, and companies were scored on "employee engagement", "workplace culture", and "development opportunities". SAS Taiwan scored higher than the average score of all participating companies in all categories. SAS exceeded the average scores by large margins in“Recognition for doing good work", " Included in decision making process", and "Willing to recommend the company to friends and family".

It is therefore very important for employees to receive fair feedback and due praise. We shall devote more resources for learning or organize related communities so that this learning organization can continue driving a positive and innovative cycle."
