The State of AI Trustworthiness in Insurance

Oct. 15, 2026 • 9 a.m. ET • 3 p.m. CET

AI can transform insurance. But can insurers trust it?

AI is finding its way into more parts of the insurance business, from underwriting and claims to pricing and customer service. But knowing where AI can help is only the beginning. Insurers also need confidence in how it is used, how decisions are made and where people need to stay involved.

Join this 60-minute session to explore how a human-led approach can help insurers adopt AI responsibly and move from experimentation to enterprisewide use.

In this session, learn how to:

  • See technology’s real-world value by hearing how technological adoption can add value across different areas of insurance, from experts working in the field.
  • Keep the human element in focus by exploring what the human side of AI adoption means for insurers and where people remain essential.
  • Prepare for what’s ahead by understanding the obstacles insurers may face as AI adoption grows and what it takes to overcome them.
  • Stay ahead in a changing industry by considering who will thrive in this new environment and what they’ll need to do to get there.
