RevSpring Partners With SAS to Help
Health Care Customers Save Money
RevSpring delivers tailored revenue acceleration and accounts receivable management solutions. It facilitates more than 1 billion customer interactions annually, and serves more than 2,000 clients in health care and financial services.
RevSpring partnered with SAS to create an intelligent workflow solution that lets health care providers automate patient engagement using data, predictive modeling and business rules. This infrastructure includes a full suite of SAS® solutions, including SAS® Enterprise Guide®, SAS® Enterprise Miner™, SAS Visual Analytics, SAS Data Management Studio and SAS Business Rules Manager.
In this webinar, you’ll learn how RevSpring’s workflow solution has helped its health care clients:
- Prove compliance with federal regulations that require consistent screening of every patient prior to taking any extraordinary collections action.
- Integrate the traditionally fragmented and manual pieces of the health care revenue cycle.
- Build a flexible business rules engine that allows clients to apply financial scores at any point in the revenue cycle, from pre-registration to final notice, and allows for customized patient communication across print, email, interactive voice response, website and text messaging platforms.
- Achieve significant financial improvements. One client achieved 114 percent of its payment goal within the first 30 days of implementation. Another went from collecting 8 percent on all outstanding statements to 29 percent, an increase of $1.4 million.
