Gunce Walton leads a team responsible for researching, prototyping, benchmarking and developing procedures for econometric analysis of cross-section, panel and spatial data and for implementing machine learning methods for causal inference. Prior to her managerial role, Walton worked in R&D on econometrics methods for efficiency analysis and nonlinear cross-sectional data models. She earned a PhD in economics from North Carolina State University in 2009.
