He has been working in safety analytics since 2011 and is the author of the 2023 book, Predictive Safety Analytics: Reducing Risk Through Modeling and Machine Learning. In May 2025, he launched a new First Analytics venture: a company devoted to safety analytics called Sentient Safety.
