      Sri has been in AWS since early 2022 and manages a team of professionals who collaborate with partners in the Data, Analytics, and AI space. Core areas of Sri’s work with technology partners include partner business development, strategic initiatives planning and implementation, marquee design integrations, partner investment decisions, and more. Sri has more than 25 years of experience in advanced analytics and has had various senior data science, AI evangelist, product management, engineering, and professional services roles in Investment Banking, Finance, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical, Government, and Application Performance Management (APM) practices. He has two Master’s degrees in Economics and International Relations respectively from Temple University, PA and completed his Doctoral coursework at the School of Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Sri is an award winning and active speaking contributor in global conferences and symposia and is often sought after to write and consult on GenAI solutions applications, Data Fidelity, Technology Marketplaces, and Machine Learning. Sri is passionate about reading fiction and playing music and often infuses his thought leadership pieces with references to classic rock lyrics, AC/DC excluded.

      Prior to joining SAS, Franklin held a variety of individual contributor and people leader roles in property and casualty insurance. He began his career as an associate agent for Allstate in Boone, NC. In 2005, he joined Nationwide Insurance as a personal lines underwriter. For 17 years at Nationwide, he managed personal and commercial lines underwriters, portfolio analysts, sales support teams and sales managers. Additionally, he supported staff operations, providing thought leadership, strategy and content for sales executive offices.
