Principal Solutions Architect, SAS
After starting his career in robotics, James worked in the financial sectors for more than 15 years, with experience in asset finance, trading and retail banking. For the last 10 years, he has focused on how data can be used to transform organizations and how analytics can be embedded within complex human-centric processes to drive better decisions and outcomes. Since joining SAS in July 2020, James has been responsible for digital banking solutions in the European region, and provided invaluable guidance and mentorship to the teams focused on tackling banking industry issues in the SAS Global Hackathon. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Essex and an MBA from Mannheim Business School.
