As advisory product manager in SAS global marketing and Customer Intelligence product line, Mark collaborates with product managers and R&D to deliver optimal user experiences for SAS Customer Intelligence 360, a SaaS marketing and customer data platform. In his 20 years at SAS, he has launched MarTech solutions across advertising, social media, mobile and other digital channels. Mark earned his engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts, and his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
