Mac is a product manager for SAS Customer Intelligence, focusing on building analytics and GenAI-powered capabilities for marketing teams. Since joining SAS, Mac has developed some of the first GenAI capabilities in SAS solutions, advised customers on data and AI strategy and has more recently joined the product team to deliver AI and analytics for customer intelligence solutions.

Mac is always interested in talking about strategies for democratizing analytics with Gen AI, techniques for aligning LLMs and AI tools that can save you time every day.
