Subscription Payment Terms
For additional terms relevant to the Subscription Service you selected for purchase, please visit the applicable product page or course outline page. In addition, Licensee hereby agrees to be bound by the "clickwrap" or "clickthrough" license terms that a user must approve to access the e-Learning course.
If you do not agree to these Payment Terms, you may not subscribe to the Subscription Service you selected. If we make amendments to these Payment Terms, we will post the updated Payment Terms on the product page. You will be deemed to have accepted these Payment Terms, as amended, if you continue to use the Subscription Services after the updated Payment Terms have been posted.
Auto-Renewal for Subscription Services
You authorize SAS or its payment processor to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees to your designated billing payment method. When you initially subscribe to a Subscription Service, you will be charged immediately for the initial period of the subscription at the then-current fee. By choosing a product with a recurring payment plan, you acknowledge that such Subscription Service has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
The initial period of the subscription shall be thirty-one days. Recurring payments are collected on the same day of the month. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 31st, SAS will adjust the billing cycle to the 1st of the month after the next month that has less than 31 days. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 29th or 30th of the month, SAS will adjust the billing cycle to the 1st of the month on the following February.
All subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the user. To change or terminate your Subscription Services at any time, go to your SAS Profile within the Virtual Learning Environment or contact customer service at: 800-727-0025 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If you terminate a Subscription Service, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you won’t be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
If SAS believes that you have violated these Payment Terms or any other applicable terms and conditions, SAS may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Subscription Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. SAS may also in its sole discretion, and at any time, modify or discontinue the subscription service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that SAS is not liable to you or any third-party for any interference with, or termination of, your access to the Subscription Service. We may also deactivate your account without notice to you if payment is past due, regardless of the amount. You agree to pay any outstanding balance in full within thirty (30) days of cancellation or termination of your Subscription Service.
