He specializes in helping marketers identify key gaps in their capabilities and address them through people-, process- and technology-related changes.

Lisa Loftis

Lisa Loftis is a SAS customer relationship management, customer experience management and business intelligence expert with 25 years of experience. She has worked with numerous large organizations across the globe on all aspects of successful CRM and BI implementations. She specializes in combining the technology necessary to support true CRM/CEM and BI business strategies with the organizational structures, executive leadership and cultural factors required to migrate an organization toward effective execution of enterprise strategies.

David Kelly

David Kelly is a Senior Solutions Consultant at SAS. He works with SAS customers across a variety of industries to identify opportunities to modernize their marketing and customer experiences with SAS Customer Intelligence solutions. Kelly has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of roles, including enterprise implementation consulting, digital marketing, marketing database development, customer lifecycle marketing, interactive and real-time marketing, loyalty, and marketing optimization.

Suneel Grover

Suneel Grover is a Principal Solutions Architect supporting digital intelligence, marketing analytics and omnichannel marketing at SAS. By providing client-facing services in the areas of predictive analytics, digital analytics, visualization and data-driven integrated marketing, Grover provides technical consulting support in the media, entertainment, hospitality, communications and sports industries. In addition to his role at SAS, Grover is a Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University, teaching in the Masters of Science in Business Analytics graduate program within the School of Business and Decision Science.
