SAS China: A top employer for 10 years
SAS China has been named a Top Employer 2017 by the Top Employers Institute, retaining the honored title for 10 years in a row.
The certification was a result of eight months of rigorous research involving nine key criteria, including Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning, On-boarding, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Career and Succession Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Culture.
SAS China made it to the top in all aspects, thus distinguishing itself among competitors from all industries.
“The Top Employers Institute has a strict and high standard when accepting participants into the certification process,” said Nicole Jin, Top Employers Institute Country Manager in China. “Only those companies that demonstrate real interests in developing their talents and a mature Human Resource foundation will pass the pre-screen. And the thorough certification process determined which companies finally made the certification.”
According to Jin, the validated research concluded that SAS Institute China Co., Ltd provides an outstanding employment environment and offers a wide range of creative initiatives, from secondary benefits and working conditions, to performance management programs that are well thought out and truly aligned with the culture of their company.
