SAS Brazil awarded the Top Employers 2014 certification
The company conquered 1st place in the raking, which assesses HR practices aimed at employees
SAS Brazil has been named the best employer in Brazil according to the Top Employers 2014 survey. The world-renowned certification is conducted in more than 130 countries by the Top Employers Institute.
The recognition came through an in-depth evaluation of SAS’ human resources policies, including primary benefits, secondary benefits and working conditions (scheduling flexibility, recognition, wellness policies, etc.), and development. In addition, the study evaluated career development opportunities and organizational culture.
Tato Athanase, HR Manager for SAS Brazil, reinforces the importance of this certification. “Being on the top of the ranking among the best employers of Brazil shows our commitment to the welfare of our employees. This recognition results from actions we have taken based on employee input to the company’s HR policies.
