Dear Reader,

I’ve been at SAS for 16 years, in a few different roles. Some of you might remember me from my days in SAS Press as an Acquisitions Editor (I "encouraged" people to write SAS books). Though I’ve moved on from that role, I still have a soft spot in my heart for SAS books.

That’s what I’m here to talk about this month…the good folks in SAS Press are looking for new authors! Share your knowledge and expertise with the world. They are looking for books from introductory to advanced levels. Any idea is welcome, but books on AI and machine learning, cloud computing and CAS, fraud, risk, and visual analytics are in especially high demand.

Think about it, you can end 2018 by submitting a book proposal. Now that’s great way to wrap up a year.
