Anja Fischer has worked in technical support as a second- and third-level technical architect, training, teaching and creating material. She has also worked in product management, focusing on SAS Scalable Performance Data Server, and is now a Senior Systems Engineer in Customer Loyalty, where she covers everything around SAS administration. Her areas of expertise include SAS administration (including SAS Metadata Server and metadata administration), IOM servers, security, failover/disaster recovery, SAS client administration, migration, and the administration of SAS Visual Analytics and grid.

Paul Homes is a co-founder of Metacoda (www.metacoda.com), a SAS Silver Partner that specializes in the development of software add-ons that integrate with SAS software. He has been working with SAS software for over 25 years and is a specialist in SAS platform administration and metadata security. Homes also teaches administration courses for SAS Australia and posts articles about SAS administration and metadata on his platformadmin.com blog.
