Nancy Rausch, Senior Manager of Software Development, SAS

Nancy Rausch has been involved for many years in the design and development of SAS’ data warehouse and data management products, working closely with customers and writing a number of papers on best practice design principles for data management solutions. She holds an MS from Duke University in computer engineering, where she specialized in statistical signal processing, and a BS in electrical engineering from Michigan Technological University. She has recently returned to college after many years, and is currently pursuing an MS in analytics from Capella University.

Wilbram Hazejager, Principal Systems Architect, SAS

With over 25 years of experience in the data management sector, Wilbram Hazejager’s various roles within the company have covered just about everything to do with data management. Over the last 15 years, he transitioned from a long and successful career in customer-facing roles – like solutions architect, product manager and product strategist – to his current role as Principal Systems Architect in R&D. Using the invaluable insights and knowledge he acquired over the years, Hazejager now helps design SAS Data Management solutions from the customer’s perspective.
