Lead room coordinators delegate responsibilities to room coordinators, ensure presentations start and end on time, the room is a comfortable temperature, the room occupancy per fire code is maintained and attendance counts are taken. Prior experience is required.

Room coordinators help the lead room coordinators with timing the presentations, transitions between speakers, making sure presentations are showing on the projection screen, and helping with room capacity control. No prior experience is required.

E-poster guides help attendees find and view e-posters as well as announce Meet the Presenter sessions. No prior experience is required.

Table Talks guides help attendees find locations for Table Talks and ensure the room occupancy per fire code is maintained and attendance counts are taken. No prior experience is required.
