Room Coordinator: Morning or afternoon time commitment of two to four hours. Aid the Lead Room Coordinator with speaker introductions, time the presentations, take attendance, ensure the presentation is showing on projection screen and aid in room capacity control.
ePoster Room Coordinator: Morning or afternoon time commitment of two to four hours. Help attendees find ePosters, and announce the end of Meet the Presenters sessions.
Hands-On Workshop Facilitator: Assist attendees working on computers. Knowledge of the presentation content is helpful.
Hands-On Workshop Room Coordinator: Morning or afternoon time commitment of two to four hours. Aid the Lead Room Coordinator with speaker introductions, time the presentations, take attendance, ensure presentation is showing on projection screen, aid in room capacity control.
Charity Book Drive: Time commitment is two hours. Help collect books or donations toward purchasing books for the charity event.
There is no deadline for volunteering. Attendees may volunteer at the conference if shifts are available. Volunteers may schedule their own shifts to fit their schedule and interests though the online system until about a week before the conference. After that time, they will need to contact the volunteer coordinators to schedule or change a shift.
