You already know that your time and investment in SAS Global Forum will pay for itself and then some. But you still may need to convince your manager that it’s the best way to make sure your organization is getting the most out of its SAS investment.

The number of names submitted on the Team Discount application form will determine the level of discount. If a team does not meet the minimum number of team member registrations for the level, their fees may be recalculated to the appropriate level based on the actual number of team members registered. Team discounts will not be recalculated if additional attendees are registered from the same organization. No other discounts are applicable.
All team members attending SAS Global Forum must be employed by the same organization and named at the same time. Team discounts are only available for the business and government registration fee. They are not available for other types of registrations or extra-fee items. You may use placeholder names if you do not have all of your attendee names available, but we do need to ensure the discount level is agreed upon upfront.
Full-time enrolled students of accredited, degree-granting academic institutions may attend this conference free of charge. The free pass is for the conference only. This discount will automatically apply when you register as a student. Proof of eligibility is required during the registration process. You will be contacted should we have questions about your eligibility status.
A full-time, degree-seeking graduate student must take at least 9 credit hours in the fall and spring semesters. During the summer term, full time is 6 credit hours. A degree-seeking PhD student must take at least 6 credit hours in the fall and spring semesters.
If you are unable to register online and need to supply a PO or check, please complete the SAS Global Forum 2019 registration form. This form provides submission details and instructions. Credit cards cannot be accepted on this form.
Online registrations must be paid in full by credit card. SAS Global Forum accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club. Make sure the billing address on the payment screen matches the credit card billing address. Your card will be immediately charged for your registration fees upon hitting “Submit.”
SAS® Training Points
Save up to 30% on SAS training when you prepurchase training in bulk. If your organization already participates in the SAS Training Points program, you can use your points to pay for the conference as well as tutorials, training and SAS certification exams. One point equals $1 so the prices match the Standard Pricing column. To pay for the conference with SAS Training Points, enter discount code EDUPTSCON. To pay for tutorials, training or certification exams with SAS Training Points, enter discount code EDUPTS. SAS Training Points may only be used for regular ($1,395) and on-site ($1,695) pricing.
Enterprise Professional Training Offer (EPTO)
If your organization has EPTO units, you can use them to pay for the conference, as well as tutorials, training and SAS certification exams. To pay for the conference with EPTO units, enter discount code EDUEPTOCON. To pay for tutorials, training or certification exams with EPTO units, enter discount code EDUEPTO. When paying for the conference or training with SAS Training Points or EPTO units, no other discount applies. EPTO units may only be used for regular (3.48) and on-site (4.2) pricing.
Substitution, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are welcomed at any time. To cancel your registration, please notify us in writing by April 8 to receive a full refund. After that date, there will be a $100 processing fee for each cancellation. After April 22, the registration fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be honored for the pre-conference tutorials after April 15. Cancellation requests may be sent via email to the registrar or follow the instructions on your confirmation letter to manage your cancellation.
Conference attendees may bring a guest 21 years or older (children are not permitted). Guests must be registered ($200 fee) and will be required to show a badge in order to attend the following conference activities: Opening Session and the Kick Back Party. Guests cannot attend the following: conference presentations, breakfast, lunches or access into The Quad (including Monday night's Happy Hour Reception). Cancellations for guests must be made by April 22 to be eligible for a full refund.
